Need a Fresh Start with Some of Your Devices?

We can reset your devices to their original settings, even if you didn't purchase them from Golden Age Tech Support. Get your devices back to square one, hassle-free.

  • During the pre-call for your service, we'll ensure you have the login information for your devices and access to them, either directly or through a mobile device with app access.

  • We’ll perform a factory reset on up to 10 devices of your choosing, even if you didn't purchase them from Golden Age Tech Support. This can include smart TVs, smart home devices, monitoring systems, automation systems, and more.

  • We'll confirm that you can no longer log into your devices and ensure that any non-app-based device is at the initial setup screen.
