In-home technology support with extra time to work through more complex issues or multiple devices. Ideal when one hour just isn’t enough.

Our most thorough in-home support visit. Perfect for multiple devices, complicated issues, or when you want to take your time and get everything sorted properly.
Additional 30 Minutes: $50. Need a little more time? Extend any appointment in 30-minute increments to make sure everything gets handled right.

Remote Help: $35 per 15 minutes for the first half hour, then $25 per 15 minutes. 15 minute minimum. You only pay for the time you use.

Emergency response
$60 add-on for visits after 5 PM and on weekends, on top of the regular rate.
Mileage
For longer drives we may add mileage at 70 cents a mile. For example, a 50-mile round trip is $35. We discuss all costs up front.
