Prepaid Punch Card - $500 for 6 Hours

• A flexible way to get support whenever you need it — in-person or remote — without a monthly commitment.

  How it works

  • Your $500 punch card gives you 6 hours of support.

  • Time is deducted only when you use it.

  • Billing is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes
    (for example: 7 minutes = 15 minutes, 23 minutes = 30 minutes).

  • Works for in-home visits or remote sessions.

  Included Bonus

  • One free 15-minute remote session each month
    (same benefit offered to non–Care Plan members).

  Optional Add-On Bonus

  If you choose to add another $500 later (for a total of $1,000 in prepaid hours),
  you’ll receive a free 1-hour digital planning session — a $100 value.

  No Expiration

  Your hours never expire as long as you keep the physical punch card.
